Having originated the UK's premier 'Waxing for Barbers' course, Axiom Wax Academy are again blazing a trail with the introduction of our 'Fades and Facials' skin care workshop. We’ll leave you to do the fades while we teach you how to do the facial! Aimed specifically at barbers and hairdressers, over one action-packed day we’ll take you through the hows and whys of providing facial treatments to male clients. Covering skin analysis, product knowledge and pricing, we'll also dive into the essential practical techniques for cleansing, massage, mask application and more - all of which can be carried out from the comfort of your chair. Expand your service menu and become the one-stop barbershop for all things manscaping in your area! • Comprehensive online unit covering anatomy and physiology, health and safety, skin types and conditions, plus tips on technique and downloadable resources. • One day of hands-on training where you’ll discover how to carry out the key steps in every facial, from initial consultation through to homecare and retail recommendations (for that extra profit). • Explore the differences between various skin types and how to apply this knowledge in a barbershop setting. • Learn a signature facial routine that can easily be adapted to suit different skin types, timings and client needs. • Practice on models and each other under the guidance of our experienced and friendly tutors. • Included as standard on all Axiom courses: printed, full-colour manuals; editable templates for your own salon paperwork; access to our online support forum; discounts on starter kits and other skin care essentials.
